AQUADRY
It is a normal film coating system which is Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose or Polyvinyl alcohol based. It can be used in all three dispersion media i.e aqueous, non-aqueous, hydro-alcoholic media. Each polymer used is having its own advantages. We can match any shade or even make transparent coat on the film. The recommended weight gain is 3 % w/w.
AQUADRY MP
It is a functional film coating system which is designed to give moisture protection to your tablets. It offers superior moisture barrier properties with low moisture vapour transmission rate. It can be Ethyl cellulose or Polyvinyl alcohol based. It can be used in dispersion media i.e non-aqueous, aqueous. We can match any shade or even make transparent coat on the film. The recommended weight gain is 4 % w/w.
AQUADRY ENTERIC
It is a functional film coating system which is formulated to give protection from gastric fluids to tablets. It provides protection at acidic pH 1.2 for 2 hours and releases the drug at pH 6.8 buffer. Polymers used in this type of coating are Methacrylic acid co-polymer Type A, Methacrylic acid co-polymer Type B, Methacrylic acid co-polymer Type C, Cellulose acetate Phthalate, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose phthalate. It can be used in dispersion media i.e non-aqueous, aqueous. We can match any shade or even make transparent coat on the film. The recommended weight gain is 8-12 % w/w.
AQUADRY PEARL
It is a normal film coating system in which Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose or Polyvinyl alcohol are used as polymers and mica based pigments are used. It can be used in all three dispersion media i.e aqueous, non-aqueous, hydro-alcoholic media. This type of coating prevents counterfeit of your tablets thereby protecting your tablets. The recommended weight gain is 3 % w/w.
AQUADRY SC
It is a continuous spray sugar coating system. The recommended weight gain is 50 -100 % w/w depending on tablet shape and size. It results in formation of uniform table weight, shape and size as compared to conventional sugar coating. It is equipment friendly product can be done in conventional and perforated coating machines.
AQUALUX
AQUALUX is a wet dispersion of pigments which can be further diluted before use. AQUALUX is also available as pigment concentrate either in organic solvent or in sugar syrup. It can be used for film coating as well as sugar coating.
AQUASHINE
AQUASHINE is a seal coating system which can be sprayed to give weight gain of 0.5 – 1 % w/w. It consists of stabilized shellac which can be reconstituted before use by organic solvents.
AQUAGLOSS
It is polishing system which can be used to give glossy finish to coated tablets. It can be reconstituted with aqueous media as well as non-aqueous media. The recommended weight gain for polishing system is 0.5 – 1 % w/w.
AQUACODE
It is used as printing ink, which can be used to imprint logo onto the tablets.
AQUADRY BLEND
It consists of FDA approved pigments which can be used to give colour to your blend in solid oral dosage forms or liquid oral dosage forms.
AQUADRY L30-D
It is Methacrylic acid Co-polymer based coating system. It is used for enteric coating as well as sustained released formulations.
AQUADRY INVERT SYRUP
It is sugar syrup used in liquid oral formulation. If used in syrup formulations, it doesn’t undergo crystallization which makes it easy to use.
